We conceived this pouch to solve the problem of where to put phone, wallet and glasses on day trips to London – when not wearing a jacket and not wanting to stuff our pockets. The twin ‘grab-tabs’ were Inspired by those found on the German bank document transfer pouches of the mid 20th century. Combined with Swiss made Riri zips they ensure a smooth and positive zip action.

Swiss made Riri Zip utilising their timeless KTA Pull design from the early 1960’s. There are two ‘Grab-tabs’, which ensures smooth and positive opening and closing – It is a design feature we found on German bank pouches of the mid 20th century, which were given to customers for carrying around large amounts of paper money.

There aren’t many things more annoying than a broken or sticky zip. Riri have been manufacturing the finest quality zips in Switzerland since 1924. Their zips have a longer and more complex manufacturing process than regular zips, guaranteeing teeth with no edges, a smoother slide and a brightly polished finish. We only use Riri zips and have selected a range of finishes to complement our leather colours.
